i learned a new word today at stainte-chapelle: boustrophedon. it is a way or writing and reading that mimics the way oxen plow fields, that is first in one direction and in the next row in the reverse direction. one of the stained glass windows at sainte-chapelle is read boustrophedonically.
my son-in-law found a website which will write what you have written boustrophodonically for you. and he had my previous message translated for your pleasure.
because i am dyslexic and can read backwards quite easily and because i have a serious lazy streak, i find this an intriguing way of writing. though i inderstand i can write only to a limited number of people.
