William James was born about 1:14am Central time, 5 pounds 8 ounces, 18.5 inches and healthy. Michelle was 37 weeks along, so she missed the "terrible" 9th month of labor. She had called me about noon while I was in Washington, from work ... So she didn't have any idea he would be so soon.
(Thanks for correcting me on William's last name, Marilyn. He's a Forinash either way!)
Calvin is off at his first day of school, and happily waved me and Carter away once he dove in to his classroom. Here's a pic of him, fully engaged, sitting next to Monsier Gilles.
Did you know in France you need special insurance to cover any incidents involving or damage caused by your children while at school? And they think E25 per year will cover it ... thanks to the risk pool I guess!
